Terms of Service
These terms describe the commercial and acceptable-use rules for GroomKeeper accounts.
Service
GroomKeeper provides salon scheduling, customer records, pet records, reminders, reports and related workflow tools.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must use lawful data, configure reminders only where they have a valid basis, keep account credentials secure and avoid entering unnecessary sensitive personal data.
Billing
Paid subscriptions, invoices and tax details are handled through the configured billing provider when live billing is enabled.
Availability and changes
The service may change as the product evolves. We aim to keep business-critical workflows available and communicate material changes.
Suspension
Accounts may be suspended for unlawful use, abuse, security risk, unpaid invoices or breach of these terms.
