Data Processing Addendum
This DPA applies when GroomKeeper processes personal data on salon customers' documented instructions.
Subject matter
Hosting and operating GroomKeeper for appointment, pet record, reminder, reporting and support workflows.
Customer instructions
GroomKeeper processes customer personal data only to provide the service, follow documented instructions, meet legal duties or protect service security.
Confidentiality and security
Access is restricted to authorized personnel and protected with technical and organizational measures documented in the security checklist.
Subprocessors
GroomKeeper uses subprocessors for hosting, email, billing and OAuth. The current list is published on the subprocessors page. Material changes may be notified through the service or by email.
Assistance
GroomKeeper assists with data subject requests, security incidents, DPIA support and deletion/export requests within reasonable product and legal limits.
End of service
Customer data is exported, deleted or anonymized according to the retention policy, with backup deletion following the backup lifecycle.
