Controller and processor roles

GroomKeeper is operated by Eloy Joaquín Ribera Pastor, Autónomo, ES33468165Z, Carrer La Aranya Negra 2, CP46529, Canet d'en Berenguer, València, España. It acts as controller for account, billing, security, support and product communication data. For pet parent, pet, appointment, visit and reminder data entered by a salon, GroomKeeper normally acts as processor for that salon.

Data we process

Account identity, salon details, user activity, billing references, support messages, pet parent contact details, pet profiles, appointment records, visit notes, photos, reminder delivery logs and technical security logs.

Purposes and legal bases

We process data to provide the service, secure accounts, manage billing, support customers, send product notices and, where enabled by the salon, prepare or send appointment reminders. Marketing requires opt-in where required by law.

Rights

Individuals can request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability or objection through the salon that controls the data or by contacting hello@groomkeeper.com. Individuals may also contact the competent supervisory authority: Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).

Retention

Operational data is kept while the account is active and then deleted or anonymized according to the retention policy, subject to legal, billing, security and backup limits.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the EEA. GroomKeeper relies on provider data processing terms, transfer safeguards such as SCCs where applicable, and provider security commitments.
