The annual amount is charged in one payment. The free trial uses Starter limits, even if you select another plan.

Automatically applied to new Starter subscriptions, once per business and cannot be combined with other offers. The free trial does not reserve a place. Changing billing frequency adjusts the discount to the time remaining without extending its end date. Moving to Pro or Business, or ending the subscription, ends the offer.

What is included in the free trial?

For 30 days, try the features within Starter’s limits: 1 location, 2 groomers and 300 active pets. No card is required. At the end, activate a paid plan to keep working.

Are messages sent automatically?

Email reminders are scheduled according to your salon settings and the owner’s permissions. For WhatsApp, GroomKeeper prepares the message: you review it, send it and mark it as sent. Waitlist offers are also managed manually.

Can I bring my existing client list?

Yes. Import owners and pets from a CSV file, map the columns and review the preview before confirming. You can also export your data when you need it.

Can owners book appointments themselves?

Your salon team manages the calendar and bookings. Owners can respond to appointments, complete profiles, provide documents and view reports through the private links you send them.

Does it work for more than one location?

Yes. Pro includes up to 2 locations and Business up to 5, with opening hours, services and groomers for each. See the pricing page for each plan’s limits.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes. GroomKeeper runs in your browser on desktop, tablet and phone. You don’t need to install an app to view or manage your salon.
